Hi ,just a follow up ,I had a flight last night just to see the difference the O/C made ,well smooth / sharp and rock steady at 30 FPS ,via nvidia built in frames limiter ? ,I had never seen FSX looking this good .funny I still have a problem with 2 thin wedge shaped faults approx 3" apart in the top LHS of my screen , these can be made to disappear when panning ,but if you  pan thru 360% they are still there, waiting for you still in the same position on the screen ,also if menu bar is showing they are not visible at all ,is there way of removing these many thanks for all the help peter

Q1: why did it leak?Q2: why do/did you have a radi in the computer?I think, if done properly, watercooling is never going to leak.
1. I do not know why one of the copper pipes within the radiator started to leak. Possibly due to corrosion, defect in material or bad workmanship. Or faulty maintenance :D2. My triple radi is mounted in the upper side of the case, that's a pretty common design.I thought, if done properly, watercooling is never going to leak. ;)

I dunno man. I read forums about watercooling, and leaks are so rare. You are probably more likely to die in the car accident than have a watercooling loop leak! :LMAO: But on the serious side: if you had a corrosion, then you didn't do something right.Yeah, common and dangerous design. When I was deciding to build my WC, I said to the guy, sure all inside I want to be sure, good connectors and all, but I want my radi out and out of the way of my hardware. So that's how we did it.

Yeah, hope I will at least skip the car accident then! I'm not sure what I could have done to prevent this, I have been using an additive compound and the leak occured at a point that you can't possibly touch. Bad luck I guess.

Did you exclusively use destilled water?
