Screen ratios

Featured Replies

Why is it that, with my desktop set to 1024x768 ( a ratio of 1.33) , my panels look OK in windowed mode with round gauges. But when I set my Full screen mode to 1280x960 ( also a ratio of 1.33), the panels look wrong with oval gauges??Any ideas? Thanks barry

Because your monitor has different settings for different resolutions. Adjust it so that the gauges are round in the higher res, and the monitor should remember those settings. Also check you are using the correct (and highest) refresh rate for your monitor (assuming its CRt not LCD - if its LCD, RTFM as you have only one `native` resolution and any other may cause trouble).Allcott

Barry, on my monitor, all I have to do when I choose a new resolution is select "Reset" from the OSD menu once and it remembers how to handle that resolution hte next time I use it. Try it. R-
