February 19, 200422 yr For those using Eric Marciano's splendid panel for the Project Airbus A320 and have managed to get the NavData utility to work in FS2004 / FS9, you might have noticed that in the VC the "purple data" doesn't appear in the VC display.I have investigated this and found out why.Looking at the panel.cfg file, this is what you have:{Window00}file=Front.bmp size_mm=1024window_size_ratio=1.000 position=6visible=1ident=10gauge00=A320!PFD, 18,447,215,200,11gauge01=A320!ND, 279,445,212,209 gauge02=A320!Warnings, 198,306,31,64plus{Vcockpit02}file=$mfd.bmp Background_color=0,0,0 size_mm=1024,1024visible=0pixel_size=1024,1024texture=$mfdgauge00=A320!PFD, 47,51,267,248gauge01=A320!PFD, 35,396,287,270gauge02=A320!ND for VC, 373,52,268,268 gauge03=A320!NDFake, 373,396,268,268 gauge04=A320!E/WD for VC, 693,42,304,274gauge05=A320!SD, 690,365,312,233 gauge06=A320!SD Bottom,690,598,312,47 gauge07=FPDA_A320_Callout, 0,0,1,1In other words, a different gauge is being used, I'm guessing to reduce the workload. If you replace gauge02= in the VC with the following:gauge02=A320!ND, 373,52,268,268//gauge02=A320!ND for VC, 373,52,268,268the "purple data" will appear ! I don't know whether this will cause any problems, or whether this will cause a drop in frame rates, but, at least on my system, it doesn't immediately crash the sim, which is what I half expected !You don't have any control over the display options as you do in the 2D panel, but it does replicate what is shown in the PFD.Maybe this will be of use to some of you.Best wishes,Alastair
February 20, 200422 yr Or simply use the non-Project Airbus panel.cfg and all will be well... :-outta http://www.flightsimnetwork.com/dcforum/User_files/3e72a43942b48d2b.jpg There is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness".- unknown "My daddy gives me up, to fight for you"- a US Military Members Child
