AS2012 activation iussue please help

Hi i've bought AS2012 as ASE update. I've installed it and all works perfectly i 've only a problem sometimes it request me to activate the program yesterday for example it call me for activation 2 times during a 3 hours flight. I activate the program and maybe after a day it call me again to activate it. My internet provider doesn't give me a static ip address but is dynamic. Is this the cause of program deactivation ? I've used ASE for 1 year without this problem only with AS2012.Please help me
