Replacing Navomatic A/P in Cessna 182RG?

Recommended Posts

It seems the best advice I've had so far is to replace my Navomatic A./P in the Cessna 182 RG with another unit such as the Bendix King. The problem is I have never done this before and would need detailed instructions. I assume the main part would be editing the Aircraft.cfg file. Also, where do I get the new A/P? Thanks. Tom

let me take a look at the 182RG. have not used it for very long timeedit:Send me a PM with your email address where I can send you the new gauge and instructions how to add it. I had to make a new face plate (adjust the gauge) for the default bendix AP so that the bezel is the same size as the novamatic and that is fits nicely into the panel.
