I lost my product key for ActiveSky 2012, which I bought from SimMarket. For some reason I cannot log in to my SimMarket account and they are not responding to the ticket I submitted. I bought the program about 2 weeks ago, and now I need to find a way to reinstall and put in my key. Hope you can helpThanks Zack

Zack,SimMarket is usually pretty responsive with their support system. You may want to try sending the ticket in again, maybe it got "oopsed" and fell through a crack.
