I submitted a ticket on the 10th (048-169F4458-BAEC) asking to be able to redownload the 744X, and also purchased the extended download service. I am still waiting for the download link.Michael

Have you logged in to check the ticket status? It happens quite frequently that email notifications are intercepted as spam by some mail servers
