He started getting active in the Flight Sim community around FS2002 and FS2004 with the website Fszone.org, which offered user forums, as well as screenshot and video galleries from about 2004 right up to mid 2010. Eric branched off from Fszone in 2009 and started the FSBreak podcast.FSBreak was started to provide news, reviews, and interviews to listeners in a easy to digest format. FSBreak started as a weekly audio podcast and has now moved to a biweekly audio and video podcast (Once every 2 weeks). Since it has started as an audio podcast, video has been added, as has a live stream during the recordings offering a chat room where members can interact and talk with the hosts in real time.
