Hello all,Doing a standard procedures take-off from EGLL-LEPA. Done all my planning and procedures as per the many, helpful checklists around.Taxiing to 26L, flaps 5 all systems good. No warnings. Normal take-off; get to accel ht, go to retract flaps - nada. Obv now I'm outside of the FMC envelope so VNAV turns off..I make to RTA, all the while trying to retract flaps but stuill nothing..It's as after one of my saves I noted in an earlier post..I paused and ran the mouse over the flaps..no click point. No response from any of the flaps keys..No warningsFortunately, I had saved on the apron just before taxi, so I loaded, and guess what? No flap click point..couldn't retract..no keys either..so, I loaded an even earlier save, from right after I get clearance, and hey! they work again..ran the checklists all the way to T/O and they stayed working..Anyone else experienced this? I have had throttles going dead, too after turning off AT..stuck at 40%N1..bestjake

Sounds like a joystick calibration issue Jake. By the way, there is no 26L at Heathrow but there is one at Gatwick EGKK.

Sorry, my bad; meant 27L..But why would that affect my flaps? (the calibration, not me forgetting which runway I'm using) I don't use any buttons on the joystick to operate the flaps, and the keyboard actions stopped working, too..I only really use the click-spot on the actual flaps lever in the VCbestjake

What happens when you fly the default aircraft Jake, is it the same thing? If not, I suggest you uninstall the NGX and reboot installing it again. See if that works?

Hi Dave,I take it that by default aircraft you mean an FSX bog-standard 737, or do you eman a non-liveried version of NGX?tbh, I think I'm going for the dreaded once-every-six-months full system rebuild, soon..I've been spending too much money on add-ons and would like to re-install them all, but want to clear out some older stuff properly, so a bit of self-punishment may be in order...bestjake
