Hi,1/ Open the Flight Manager program then set the Virtual Cockpit Model on High Resolution2/ Submit a ticket to PMDG, normally the team send you a fix3/ I guess the problem will be solved with SP1c but not sure about that... So, just apply 1 and 2.Regards,Richard Portier

Do you have HIGHMEMFIX=1 in your Display section of your fsx.cfg?

ok, with high res model and low res textures it works well, but with low res both it doesn't work.high res both it works,, but i want to get some more fps...

Hmmm that is unusual, I haven't experienced any of these problems, nor have I seen it discussed in the forums. What did you do recently to have this occur? Was your NGX working properly before?

Giorgio,To be more precise, after you have submitted a ticket describing this problem, PMDG will send you a link or the .MDL file (the good one) for the NGX 900.I had the same issue but it's now fixed.Regard,Richard PortierPS : You will have some more fps and especially less OOM... I have the same config that yours. I think I have well tuned. If you have some questions feel free to ask here or in PM.

before I had only used the 737-800, so I cannot say anything about my pmdg before hotfixes...
