Bad install?

Ok so I recently bought the NGX (two days ago). I don't know if this is a result of a bad install or what but whenever I select cold and dark setup, and I try to start the APU, nothing happens. The oil light comes on, however the EGT does not move at all. I tried this using the default setup, and when I start the APU, the EGT rises, but I can not get the busses to work. They light up but when I turn them on nothing happens either. Also, I have no failures on. Any help is appreciated.Jay Perry

Are you doing a full checklist/sequence? Do you have power to, and have some fuel pumps turned on? Do you have any fuel? Are you running the fuel pumps with ground power or just from battery? Check all other switches are off.

Yep, I have battery on, L fuel pump on. Plenty of fuel. Running fuel pumps from the battery. Everything else is off.
