AS2012 will not start

I had to reinstall FSX today and now I am getting a path error when trying to start AS2012. If I uninstall and reinstall will it rebuild the path or is there something in the config that will fix it?

Disregard, I found that after rebuilding my FSX some of my directories lost their permissions. Once I was able to restore AS was again functional.
