Attached here is a filght path from Gilgit airport. but I dont know when I fly from Gilgit airport how should I point my plan at 216 deg from this NDB. Please help me if some one can fly it.Thanks

What you have there is a STAR - Standard Terminal Arival Route plate (see here) tha will lead you to the vicinity og the airport in question.Now you need an ILS or VOR Approach Plate (see here) that will take you from the end of the BATAL 2C approach to the active runway.Cheers,- jahman.

Well, you cannot fly this arrival into Islamabad straight from Gilgit airport, as Gilgit is located deep deep between 20 000ft tall mountains. A departure from Gilgit on a bearing of 216 degrees from the Gilgit NDB would take most planes straight into a hillside. The arrival you linked to is intended for planes already high in the air when they arrive over Gilgit airportFor more general info on how to fly using ADF navigation you could check out this article http://www.pilotfriend.com/training/flight_training/nav/adf.htm. There are many other documents on the internet explaining how to fly using ADF / NDB radio navigation, just enter NDB ADF into google for more information

There are no Jepp charts for Gilgit so the only charts available will be from the Pakistan CAA's AIP. I had a look at Jeppview though and taking into account of the surrounding terrain my best guess for the departure route from Gilgit would be:Takeoff and turn East, fly through the valley VFR on J154 to BUNGI and TANGO. Keep following the valley on J129 to BAVRO. Hopefully by BAVRO you'll be above FL210 which is the sector MSA and you can go IFR and track direct SARPI. If you can't get above FL210 by BAVRO you'll probably want to keep tracking south-west VFR down the valley low level until you get to SARPI and clear of terrain.AFAIK The Gilgit (and Skardu) flights are very dependent on good weather.
