Hello,This is an update to my open letter on Project Magenta (PM). I have added two items to the sim - The Eaglesoft Citation X and the PM Regional Jet Glass Cockpit.Always trying to be positive!!!! 1. The Eaglesoft Citation X is really a great addon! 2. The PM RJ Glass Cockpit is also great. 3. Both work 100% with my GOFLIGHT modulesBAD ITEMS!!! 1. The Eaglesoft Install is very twitchy on my machine - when the model starts up on the FS9 sim - there was a LOAD ALERT ROAR in my headset that I could not stop. With the help of the Eaglesoft forum, I found out that I had to reinstall the throttle lever on my CH Yoke via the Controls setup or FSUIPC. Once setup again, the roar went away and the throttle works fine.2. The PM Regional Jet setup works great on my "server" but will not install at all on my old HP Vectra "network" processor on the PM network. I believe that it is a function of my "cheap" ATI Radeon 7000 graphics card. The support team at PM has been a great help (as always - it's what makes them really great)Anyway - I'm off to try to get the RJ Cockpit to work on the network box. The flight that I did try with the Citation and the PM Cockpit I ran on my second display on the server (SAMSUNG 17" 172N Flat Panel) - Absolutely awesome!!!!!I'll update my experience on this thread for anyone interested in the Project Magenta items.Ron [email protected]

I think the biggest benefit for me with Project Magenta is to be able to disable the main aircraft panel, to reclaim lost FPS. I am using the Parhelia in Tri display mode and panel processing and weather are the two main resources of reducing FPS. When the panel is toggled off, FPS can climb 25% or more..Hope others will post on this thread.Thanks!Barry
