February 11, 201214 yr Hi everyone,First of, I would like to thanks everyone who proposed the E-Jets 175 / 195 from FeelThere. It's a pleasure to fly! Now, my question is, and i believe it's really a matter of opinion here:- How many of you really takes 15-20 mins (more in my case!!!) to program the FMS / MCDU instead of just going IFR / VFR manually?I feel it's a waste of time, and once it's done, you have no much more to do except to watch the progress of your flight...Your take on that? Thanks, best regards

After some practice, you'll get very good at it! To the point where adding amendments to the flight plan received by clearance on VATSIM is a non-event.Which leads to VATSIM. That will make you feel like your flights have some purpose. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Zachary Waddell -- Caravan Driver -- Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/zwaddell Avsim ToS Avsim Screenshot Rules
February 11, 201214 yr A lot of airways are RNAV only so you have no choice but to enter them on the FMS CDU. (or the Garmins/KLNs if you're flying GA) Real pilots can load a CO RTE via stored databases or wireless datalink. FSBuild can do the same for your Wilco E-jet addons.
