Something like AI Map for FS 2004?

Featured Replies

Some time ago I saw a neat little utility for FS 2004 in the avsim library which was an add-on screen for all panels that showed all AI traffic in a circle of 100nm around one's own aircraft. A similar thing existed for FS 2002, it was called AI Map. Unfortunatley, I cannot find that neat little utility for 2004 anymore, can anyone point me to it (name?) so I can download it from the avsim library? Thanks

Hi,I don't know exactly what file/utility it is your looking for. Sorry. But I use Eric Marciano's Radar gauge. I have added it to all my just about all my aircraft panels, which took some time to do. It only shows the direction and distance they are from you. No elevation or other stuff. But it's all I wanted anyway. I didn't want full TCAS in every plane I fly.If you are interested you can download the file piper_pa24-400.zip which has it. Then in your 'Aircraft' folder make another folder. I named mine 'Radar-bmp'. Then copy the 'Radar.bmp' file from the Piper 24 into the Radar-bmp folder that you made. Then you have to manually edit the 'panel.cfg' file of the aircraft(s) you want to add it to... like soWindowXX=Radar....{WindowXX} ;)Cheers,Jim
