February 13, 201214 yr In FSX, what is the equivalent mouse function to the keyboard grouped arrow keys?. I know in VC, I can use the left/right arrow keys to move left and right and also use the up and down arrow keys to move forward and back. i can also use the scroll button on my mouse to zoom in/out. I want to use the middle scroll button to move in/out instead of zoom in/out. What mouse function would this be? Wilbert
February 13, 201214 yr I don't know what you mean by moving in and out here :( But to activate the mouse as a joystick press Ctrl+Y and you should see a little cross. Now just move your mouse around and that is your yoke/joystick. Happy Flying, Clem Wu Beta Tester for OZx, Iris Simulations and Shade.
February 13, 201214 yr Author Sorry, perhaps I did not make myself clear. I don't want to use my mouse as a joystick - I alreay have a joystick connected and operating OK. I want to reproduce the up and down arrow keys on the keyboard with the mouse scroll wheel. Doing this will allow me an easy way to move forward and back without zooming (external spot and VC cabin views). Wilbert
