February 26, 201214 yr I guess this might well have been asked before so forgive me as I coudn't find the answer via the search.I'm using the Carenado Cherokee for instrument training as this is the closest match to my own aircraft. However whilst it is great for VOR intercepts and tracking etc, the lack of realism in turns is proving to be too much when trying to execute a proceedural approach. The main problem is the ridiculous rate of descent that occurs in a rate one turn. Is it possible to modify anything to improve this and make it more life-like.?Many thanks for any advice. February 26, 201214 yr The Flight1 Cherokee is another option which some people believe to have a more authentic flight model. I trained in Piper Cherokee Warriors and would love to have an authentic flight model too. I use the Carenado Archer II, and I don't think it is too bad, but certainly is more difficult to fly than the real thing. Shane Gavin
