March 2, 201214 yr No, but mine is downloading *extremely* slowly. So far, in a couple of minutes since starting the download, it has downloaded 29.26KB out of 656.97MB. This is going to take a while.Edit: It rolled over to 34KB while I was typing that.Edit 2: Restarted my computer and it downloaded within minutes on my 100Mb/s connection. Don't know what was up with that, but try a reboot.Bit disappointed that it actually costs 2000 Microsoft Points rather than 1600 (because you can only buy those points in increments of 500.
