Hi,How can I save FS2002 video as an (AVI Video) file, or View saved FS 2002 video on RealOne Player or WMP.

AFAIK, the format of the FS200x videos are proprietary (meaning it's usable in FS only). I don't know whether there are any utilities out there (payware or freeware) that lets you convert that file or whether it'll use it's own method.I know Broderbund has Screenshot Deluxe that allows you to make movies, but it's not very smooth and the file is huge.

You have to capture the image with a third party utility like www.fraps.com

It is simply a "recording" of various parameters that're used to regenerate the last X seconds of the flight.As said above, you need to use a capture utility such as FRAPS, or record to video tape or DVD.
