I have formated my computer, and i want to install pmdg ngx....but i wrote the key wrong sometime because i used o instead off 0...but now when i write the key right, i get the message:"The activation of the fulfilment is denied by the activation policy because max exstra activations exceeded. best bet is to put in a support ticket in and tell them your situation, they get you back in the air in no time

hi there welcome to the forum, if you go to the main page of pmdg click on the support tab on top than it will bring up another page. Click the register option (under the support desk) on the top left. Raise a new ticket you need to register first with your email and password again. Usually it take s 24 hours before you get a reply.Hope you get it sorted out soon. Just a reminder that you need to add your name in your signature block as per the forum rules .
