March 10, 201214 yr It' almost unbelievable but after all these years MS Flight finally made me decide it's time to get some rudder pedals... I have my eyes set on the Saitek rudders, but before I order it I'd like to be sure that the Combat version is the one to go for, right...? The (nowadays cheaper) 'normal' (without Combat) rudder isn't as good, right? From what I have read I understand one of the advantages is the fact that you can keep your feet on the ground, so only the top of your foot is on the pedal, while others need your whole foot te be on the pedals. It's quite pricey hardware, I have to say (for something that seems so simple) but the rudder on my Logitech joystick just doesn't cut it in MS Flight (unlike in FSX where you could turn of the wind, hehehe... )And oh btw does anyone know if you can disable the rudder on the Logitech 3D pro...? Already now I notice I often apply rudder unwanted and I certainly don't want that to happen when I have pedals!
March 10, 201214 yr Just don't assign the axis. Simples. Takes a while to get out of the habit of twisting it anyway. The World is divided into two groups. Those who say "Give me a link" and those that provide the link. WWG1WGA
March 10, 201214 yr Ah, LOL, clever... I somehow though the rudder would work by default just like aileron and elevator no matter what settings you use in MS Flight... Stupid me...Totally OT: wazzup with the shades? I noticed Stephen also has sunglasses on his picture now. You didn't have them before, did you? Or am I imagining things?
March 10, 201214 yr You're nobody without shades my man. B) The World is divided into two groups. Those who say "Give me a link" and those that provide the link. WWG1WGA
