  1. Put me down for a throttle mate. I see that prices now reflect the quality. I've always maintained that Yoko charge double for half as good. I think you've priced it/them just about right. More power to your elbow!
  2. Good to know. Lass dich von den Illegitimierte nicht unterkriegen! 😁 Blimey! Even in German.
  3. Yes, I had it. Defender said two nasties. I checked with Malwarebytes and it was clean. It's a false positive. I ran the installer and I'm still here! 😁
  4. There was a Windows update on Friday and I hope I'm not clutching at straws, but the Xbox app has been logging on automatically and behaving itself since then! Has anyone else experienced this or am I heading for another smack in the chops?
  5. Sorry, overlooked this. Restarting or Starting the PC. I don't 'Sign in' I have it so the PC just presents itself ready for duty. I've noticed that Xbox is signed in on start up 'intermittently'. SROs (Station Routine Otders) are Start PC. Check if Xbox is logged on (My avatar top left corner) is present. If so, carry on with life. If not go through Settings\Apps etc. then carry on with life secure in the knowledge that Microsoft WILL fix it v. v. soon. 🤣
  6. 7, yes 7 restarts in a row with Xbox app behaving itself! This method looks like a front runner. So far... On the 8th start it's copybook has been blotted. 🙄 Back to my method. Y'hear me DAD? 😁
  7. Trust me, you do. Pete is referring to the Store version or the Steam version of MSFS.
  8. Ah. Well, certainly the Store bought version. I'm not sure about the Steam one. Perhaps someone could enlighten us?
  9. Posted by a man who doesn't have the Any Key syndrome. Lucky bar steward. 😁
  10. That's similar cure to one posted earlier in this thread. This seems better in that I've had four consecutive PC boots/reboots where the Xbox app has started logged in. Having said that, 'my' method has had a similar success rate but reverted to playing silly buggers. I'll see how long Murphy's Method lasts.
  11. You as well? I thought there was only four of us! 😀
  12. Reset means reset. Repair means repair. You need to RESET. Simples. I do it every day and it works! Go with it, don't be scared.
  13. Start\Settings\Apps\Find Gaming Services\Click Advanced Options\Select RESET. Having done that, open Xbox app and you will see you are logged on. You may have to do that every time you start your PC.
  14. Yeah, life's a baitch...And then you die. Don't worry, everything will be perfect when 2024 hits the shops. 😎
  15. Has this update been? If so it didn't work. Or is it an update to come? EDIT: Just turned off my PC and there it was, lurking. First opening of Xbox app seemed OK. At least I was logged in! EDIT 2: Spoke too soon. 🙄
  16. Don't bother. Been there, done that. It makes NO DIFFERENCE!
  17. It's a plot by Lockheed Martin to get us all back to P3Dv6 What? It's true. 😎
  18. Powershell is the new Microsoft Fix-U-Like. There will be an announcement on all main news channels and a national holiday will be instigated. Named National Xbox fix day.
  19. Oh God! Please make it end. **Careful what you wish for. 😣😁
  20. Another odd thing this morning. I started the Xbox app (loadsa trouble with) and tells me there's an update for it. Yippee! They've fixed it. Clicked on 'Update', goes to Store, loads of updates, go back to Xbox....No change, still broken. I blame the W.E.F.
  21. Me neither. I submitted a ticket to Xbox and Zendesk. I should have saved the keystrokes for something more useful!
  22. The answer is no. When I log on to my PC I run Powershell command 1, then command 2 to the Store which lets me download and install Gaming services. Then check XBox app and my smiley avatar shows me logged in. Good to go. On the next PC start I have to go through the same routine.
