Automatic effects addition of aircraft?

Markus Brunner wrote a utility (AI Contrail v2 - aicont2.zip @allnodesbusy) which automatically parses all your aircraft cfg files and alters temperature and effects used for contrails. I'm wondering if there's a similar utility to install Nick's Prop Dust Gauge/effect package by Nick Needham (npd.zip @allnodesbusy)? I'd love to have all my AI planes spray in the rain...is that even possible with NPD? Of course, I'll have to revert them all after I see the effect on FPS, but that's another story!Best,sg
