Hi all. Does anyone know the usual time between sumbmitting a redownload support ticket for the NGX and getting the new link? Is it usually a same day? ThanksHiram Hunt

Hi Hiram. Normally within 24 hours. Depending on timezone etc. Just keep an eye on your ticket. I have never had to wait more than a few hours.
