Using the PMDG SDK to provide support for accessing NGX values via FSUIPC offsets

I'm hoping to get someone in authority in PMDG to clarify for me, please, the situation vis-a-vis the SDK EULA should I or a third party do some programming which mapped the NGX variables, or a useful subset of them, to FSUIPC offsets, so that users of external hardware can get their displays maintained using their current software or user Lua plug-ins.I've raised a support ticket about this, as advised in the EULA itself, but it seems to get no response even after well over 48 hours.
