PMDG 737NGX and CDU II for FSX

Featured Replies

Does anyone have a working CDU II and PMDG 737NGX for FSX? Everything I see is for FS9. I tried to make a profile but all I get are errors. There is a file, that comes with the VRInsight software, that has the display panel only. The file title reads "PMDG 737NGX" but no mention if it is for FSX or FS9. Anyway the key file seems to be MIA. VRInsight uses the left FMC. Is it possible for me to use the Left FMC screen and create the key file from the right hand FMC. I know....lots of questions but I have no answers.Happy LandingsDave Smith

Thanks for your time

The CDU2 and PMDG NGX for FSX has been working fine for months, I think it was working in October or November of last year at the latest. Go to the webpage below and download the latest software package from VRinsight for the CDU2, you need to install both files contained in the zip. The software is now called VRiSim, it replaced SerialFP2 although SerialFP2 is still available for some of the older hardware that has not yet been added to VRiSim.CDU2 software download pageBy the way there is no keyfile, its all in a dll, there is no reason to make the CDU2 user configurable for the NGX CDU.

Cheers, Andy.
