I stuffed it. Frame Rate Limiter and Java help pls

Hi all,While trying to get FPS_Limiter_GUI to run I inadvertently directed it to run the Java.exe file located in: program file (x86)/java/jar6/bin/java.exe. Which as I know now was not the way to do it coz it dosnt work.How do I fix it and stop the "FPS_Limiter_GUI.jar" file from defaulting to Java.exe? I can right click on the file to change the default setting but I need to know what is the correct exe file to choose.Or better still is there a way of removing the desire to look for a default exe and let me start again? (other that re-installing windows 7)In explorer the FPS_Limiter_GUI file should read EXECUTABLE JAR FILE not just JAR File.thanksIM2
