Sapphire AMD HD6850 issue

I was playing FSX on my computer and everything was fine. I was trying to tweak with the CCC to help eliminate the edge issues by setting Aliasing to max which was 8x and put edge detect on and I decided to go into performance and max out the Memory. The edge issues are still there. I restarted the computer and the screen came up fine. After about 5 minutes the screen goes black with blue vertical lines. I tried going into the CCC to turn down the settings again but now it says the CCC host application has stopped working and the screen pops up again with the black and blue display. Is there a way to somehow maybe delete the drivers and reinstall them again? I don't know how to get rid of the screen.
