How to reinstall the driver for the Saitek Switch panel?

I have a few of the Saitek hardware...but there are only two Saitkek hw that is giving me grief.1) When I have the Saitek Switch Panel hooked to my PC, it would not boot. The freezes at the initial phase when its trying to load all the USBs. So I have to unhook the Saitek switch panel to boot and after I am in Windows I can plug the thing in. It took me a while to figure out the offedning USB device. The cultrpit was the Saitek Switch PanelHow do I get rid the driver that is being used by the switch panel and where do I get the new driver for this device? and how would I reinstall the driver for this gadget?2) The Saitek Cessna Trim wheel. I can't get this calibrated for the life of me. It was working for most of my addons except the Lvl D aircraft now its messed up within my PMDG 747 too. I have the paid version of FSUPIC. But I have only caliberated using FSX control.Manny
