strange altimeter settings for NZ area

Hey folks, I am running ASE build 655. Quite often flying around the NZ area I get strange altimeter settings...below 27.99 which is lower than most altimeters read. The altimeter settings bounce around a bit flying around the area. Is this normal?CheersTJ

Tejon,There are situations related to interpolation which can result in "confusing" results in this area. Part of this is limitations of the interpolation system in ASE especially in far northern/southern locations (with interpolation stations near the poles). Please feel free to contact our support department (support.hifitecinc.com) and we can send you a test build which includes some limit changes in this department - hopefully things will improve for you.
