Corrupt memory

Some times i get a banner that shows up saying some thing about having corrupted memory. I -hit- start - typed in "memory" and ran "Diagnose your memory's computer problems" --- and it came up clean . So should i take out the stick clean the prongs with an eraser and stick it back in or what ? The banner might be right cause when i pan it is really rough and jerky, so much that when you pan -on any aircraft- look at the window post- door post what ever you want to call it and it is full of lines and want's to break up ---hard to explain--- and the cockpit dash is all distorted -- don't know if any one can help me on this -----Thanks-- Louis-- Alberta Canada
