April 8, 201214 yr I have a problem with the 747-8i, it just doesnt want to lift off the ground, I tried to lighten it, still no effect and the flaps only makes it worse, by diving :/ the Cargo version though flies very well. Any help would be apreciated, thank you.
April 8, 201214 yr Have you trimmed the aircraft correctly? Try about a -7 or -8 to start, if that doesn't work, trim out all the way. (You may have trouble keeping the nose on the ground to get to v2 at that point.) Chuck B. Smooth Skies! -- Chuck B. April 8, 201214 yr Author the standart panel from posky doesnt have the trim in it, looks like I should put one from CLS maybe.
April 8, 201214 yr I haven't flown that model aircraft or panel in a very long time (6 years??) but whenever an A/C has exhibited that behavior, it's always turned out to be because I forgot to set the trim correctly. If that helps, don't forget to come back and let us know. (Pressing the green arrow below would help me a lot here, too, my friend) Smooth Skies! -- Chuck B. April 8, 201214 yr Author Thank you for your response. Yes its the trim problem, I'v tried the panel from CLS and does take off, only now I dont know how to turn on the cabin lights and other effects on the SkySpirit2011 747-8i, bacause the standart panel has the buttons to those with the SHIFT+8 keys.
April 9, 201214 yr Try assigning the cabin light command to a hot key, or hot keys. I haven't used that panel in a long time either, so I'm not sure what it is and I'm not near my Flight Sim computer right now. Sometimes, payware panels simply don't work with other models, especially freeware like the POSKY. Good luck! Chuck B. Smooth Skies! -- Chuck B.
