Upgrading ASE to AS2012

Greetings,

 

How does the activation for upgrade option of AS2012 works if ASE is installed on second computer? What I mean is that all graphic files should be installed on FSX machine and weather engine files on another, so should I expect any problems with licencing if upgrade option requires ASE to be installed? Also do I need to install all 25GB on both PCs, etc?

 

Sorry for my English, I didn't use for few months... ;)
