Enabling crosswind Runways with payware addons?

I've just read about enabling crosswind runway operations, and I'd like to try enabling it on my home airport Vienna (Add-On by FlyTampa). I'm just scared that I'd totally mess up and "destroy" the add-on.

Is it possible or should I keep my fingers away from it?

 

A second question regarding LOWW: I've noticed, that some taxiways as well as some parts of the apron only seem to be "textured earth" as you can always see the mud and dust spray when taxiing. Is it possible to fix that as well in the AFCAD file?

Airport Design Editor (ADE9X) will allow you to edit the main .bgl file for the airport to do the sorts of things you want. But be sure to back up the files first and read the very comprehensive manual that comes with it.
