Awesome freeware huge plane that has an easy .exe installer. All files look right. Sound.cfg seems to point to proper sound files but I get no gear or flap sounds. I'm guessing there are other sounds missing too but that's all I noticed so far.

Anyone else try this plane? Do you get all proper sounds? Help please.

I'll answer my own post. :)

Turns out the sounds are there and working its just that the engine sound is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY overpowering all other sounds. If you turn off engine sound you can barely hear flaps and gear work.

I amplified the gear and flap .wav files; which was a huge pita and took me a few hours to figure out cause FSX will only play the sound .wav if it is in a certain format. So now with engine sounds slider in Sound menu at about 15, other sounds at 75; I can hear them to satisfaction.

I also set volume levels to 10000 in sound.cfg which helped a little but isn't dramatic enough compared to actually amplifying the wav itself.

Edit: very neat plane btw, the gauges in the back area at night are amazingly pretty.
