Looking for AFCAD2 file for Japan scenery

Featured Replies

I am using Kazuhiro Miyazaki's FS2002 Japan airport scenery in FS2004 (the guy who made a very good Kansai and Narita scenery) The airports work very good in FS2004, but I can't find any AFCAD2 files for them. Does anyone know where I can find AFCAD2s for his Oita scenery (RJFO), his Niigata scenery (RJAN), his Kumejima scenery (ROKJ), and his Matsumoto scenery (RJAF)I looked everywhere I can think of to find these AFCADs, but couldn't

Hi,You can dowload AFCAD2 files for the scenery from http://kkcs.oops.jp/Click on FS2004 and scroll down on the left hand side. Click on the fourth category from the bottom which is afcad2 files for add on airports. The files for Miyazaki's sceneries are at the top of the list. The files are in the LHASA format.RegardsTodd

So if the files are in the LHASA format then how do I use them? I never heard of LHASA, so I wouldn't know what to do. Don't all AFCADs need to be in a bgl format?

LHASA is a file archiver similar to WINZIP. I did a search and you can dowload the required software fromhttp://www.imperative.co.za/html/download.htmlThe program that you need is LHA213.exe. This software will allow you to open the archive and you will end up with a normal bgl file format.Let me know if you have problems.Todd
