I've bought a17 inches new LCD but when I open FSX and after selecting planes and routes, click on fly now then message comes as Signal Out of Range. So how can I solve this problem.

If you then hit ctrl/alt/del or alt/enter, do you get the desktop display back?

 

If so, sounds like when it loads to fullscreen, the resolution of FSX is too high for the new monitor.

 

Check the specs of the screen, find the native resolution and make sure that your FSX resolution is set to the same value in the graphics settings.
