April 19, 200422 yr AI Traffic do not land, just pop up at the gates or ramps, help desperately needed pleeeeeeeeeeeease!!!!!
April 20, 200422 yr Sorry Mercury, no help. If an AI flightplan is designed to fly a plane from airport A, to airport B, then on to airport C, then you'll see the plane land at B and later depart from B. If however, a flightplan starts at B, then the plane just -- APPEARS. It must be magic. R-
April 22, 200422 yr Author Hey Ron, thanks for the info. Do you possibly know of any freeware that can track the aircrafts with additional info (times, airports, type, etc)?
April 22, 200422 yr Hi,What do you mean "just pop up"? When you load an airport, the traffic that should already be there will be present at the airport. They will taxi and take off at some later time. The arriving aircraft will not approach the airport for 10-20 minutes after you use the GoTo menu to load an airport. They start far away.Hope this helps,--Tom GibsonCal Classic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.comFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.comDrop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___ Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page
April 23, 200422 yr Author Hi Tom, i picked a Delta 777 at Frankfurt for example, changed the UTC setting in FS until it was gone, then returned minute after minute to see the aircraft land, no way, just showed up again at thegate
April 23, 200422 yr How long did you wait after each reset of the time? It takes 10-20 minutes for the plane to appear for landing. After resetting the time and the plane disappears, try pressing Ctrl-W over and over until you see all the AI planes in your area.Hope this helps,--Tom GibsonCal Classic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.comFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.comDrop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___ Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page
April 24, 200422 yr Might be easier to use the Traffic ToolBox from http://www.microsoft.com/games/flightsimulator/ , downloads, FS2004SDK. W. Sieffert Bill Sieffert
