I did a search and couldn't really find what I was looking for even know I'm sure it has been asked before.

 

I have to reformat my hard drive and everything is going to be cleared. I have the 737 and 747. If I delete them how can I reinstall them with out buying a new key??

if you still got the original installers than its a matter of backing them up and than reinstalling again using the same key u used before. The key can be found in your account at pmdg where you purchused the aircraft from. if you havnt got the installers than you mite have some troubles since than you mite need to put in a support ticket in explaining the situation. If your real unlucky than you are required to puchase the extended download service which cost about 5$.

Thank you for the info. I was smart enough to save the installers and my keys!! Off to upgrade/reformat my PC!!

remember you need to update to sp1c again if you had the previous installer befoe the sp1c upgrade
