after 10 minutes of flight the F/O fall a sleep on the flight Load Sheet, the TRainee F/O didnwt qualified yet...

An unqualified F/O is better than no F/O (in my opinion).

 

By the way, what's up with your dog's ear? Is that a strange glare or a hair tie?

the ear in fine just going backward....need to listen amsterdam radar & yes we must put him an hair tie
