i have downloaded several planes for my ms2004. all these planes work fine but everyone of them do not have a panel. the panel file/folder is in each aircraft folder. but still no panel when i choose any of these planes which i have downloaded. does anyone have a solution to this?

You had better supply much more information than that. What are your system specs, particulatly graphic card and driver version. Which specific aircraft?Allcott

Freeware downloadable aircraft don't necessarily include panels - many require a separate download, or will reference a panel from one of the default MS aircraft. Which planes have you downloaded? Read their descriptions carefully - it usually states if the package includes a custom panel or not...Bestsg

my system specs are....AMD 2800xp, 1gig mem, 256mb gforce, abit m/b, 19" flat LCD monitor. some of the planes which i have downloaded are AirBus A300 (american)IFDG,dehaviland dash-8 and a dash7, posky 757 continental, posky 757 eastern, cessna citation. this is just to name a few of what i have so far. if this helps you any that you may help me whith my problem i will thank you many times over.

Furthermore, can you PLEASE be more specific with which video card you have. 256 GeForce what? And what drivers are you running? This was, I recall, a problem for early on in FS2004 release, when some people were still using 3x.xx and early 4x.xx series drivers. Later drivers cured this problem. But it would be wrong to say that is the problem until we know your system specification.If you have a Dash 7 downloaded, then that would suggest it is the full package version that receives all the applause and that definitely DOES include a panel. But not a VC. Which Cessna Citation? Payware or freeware? If it's the freeware Citation Bravo from Veneaviones this has a 2d panel alias to the default Lear, but no VC either. Sounds like you either have something installed correctly, something set up incorrectly, or out dated drivers or driver settings. Allcott
