Alabeo Pitts Win XP patch - what does it do and how to un-do it?

Running a Windows 7 system and inadvertently applied the alabeo pitts win xp patch and now the aircraft has transparent textures. Whoops! Anyone with insight as to what this patch does and how to undo it?
