.... lunching an application ( 2 of them), I can see it on the task Bar, I Can see it on the Task Manager list, but for some reason it doesn't show up on the Monitor, it's all of a sudden, out of the blue..

 

Any idea ???

You can right click on the app in the task bar and click open. Might work. Sometimes hitting Alt+Enter will open up the highlighted app on your task bar. I know FSX won't open sometimes unless you hit Alt-Enter. Check for Malware or a virus too. If none of that works, disable UAC (click on the Start button in the lower left corner, type UAC in the search bar, then look up in the Menu and click on Change User Account Settings). Windows security may not be allowing you to open this program. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the apps. Unfortunately I could not find anything on Google that resembles this type of problem so I think it's an installation problem.
