What all needs to be changed in the fsx.cfg in order to have the best graphics possible?

Check out the excellent Software/Hardware guide by Word Not Allowed - http://forum.avsim.net/topic/370594-read-before-posting-software-hardware-guide-for-fsx/. You can also read the excellent guide by another computer guru, NickN, entitled Setting up FSX and Tuning It - http://www.simforums.com/Forums/topic29041.html. Changing the FSX.cfg all depends on your computer system and what it can handle. These guides provide that info for you.
