I'm considering purchasing Razbam A-7 Corsair volume III. Unfortunately all the reviews Ive found are for volumes I and II. The part that makes me shy is that there (apparently) is no cold and dark cockpit way to start the engine except CTRL-E.

 

Anyone have experience with A-7 Vol III and using the VC to start the engine?
