alabeo extra300 crashes with sim1.dll

I can't seem to be able to use the alabeo extra300 on p3d.It crashes all the time. The pitts works just fine.

 

I google for sim1.dll but I came up with nothing useful.

 

 

Any of you got this error as well by any chance ?
