You definitely need to delete the texture folder, it makes no difference if it is full or empty. As soon as the texture folder is there, the problem starts. The best solution is to move all landclass BGLs to SCENERYBASESCENERY . Honestly, its like a new machine!!Its important to define a clean re-install. All the files that were left after uninstall were placed as backup elsewhere. Once I had the clean installation, I just added in slowly from the backup.I am really happy with FS9 now.
