When I reinstalled 737NGX, I got the message that I had reached the max on activations. I've opened a ticket:

Ticket Number: 1B8-1751B6BA-0319, Status: Open, Created: 5/24/2012

Is this something that's quickly resolved?

Im my experience about 5-8 hours max sometimes faster.. Depends what time zone your in and how long it is before the guys see it because they are busy...

 

But they do say give them at least 24 hours min

Customer Support took reset it, yesterday. I was able to activate it, making me a happy camper.
