Ryan you the man and I can not figure this out for the life of me, tried every tweak and even loaded latest official nvidia driver 301.42, when I pan around the outside of aircraft there appears to be like blur wave action thing going on with the scenery and water, it travels down the width of the monitor hope you understand what I am trying to explain, not sure why any ideas buddy, using latest nvidia inspector also tried it with limiter internal and external no change ezdok running or not also doesnt matter 27" dell ultra sharp monitor, thanks so much.

Hi Ryan I think it has gotten better after adding these lines to cfg file as you state in your inspector thread, probablly should have posted their.

FIBER_FRAME_TIME_FRACTION=0.1
